Teamwork & Teambuilding: reach high & far
During this week at Prague I couldn’t have imagined that in such a short period of time we were going to be able to gather so much knowledge about Teambuilding! But we did Indeed! Not only were we receiving Theoretical materials but we also put them into practice :) We learned, we played and we even shared experiences from our organizations. Shamram guided us towards a better understanding of how to manage our Teams and what a crucial role Communication has when working or managing people. We have been a group of 20 people who came from very different backgrounds but by the end of the week we proudly can say that we became a Team… each one of us with their differences and richness. It has really been a pleasure to meet all these marvelous partners with which I have been learning so much. I have put that knowledge in my luggage so that I can shared it with my colleagues and students back at school.
